It is inserted on the first floor of a beautiful villa with ample space to park both cars and trailers for boats, terraces and garden, with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, equipped with tables, chairs, grill, swings for children, shower garden furniture, deck chairs, parasols. The apartment can accommodate up to eight people, has an area of 100 square meters, independent entrance, covered veranda, corridor, 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, equipped with a stove with four burners, electric oven , double sink, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, set of pots and cutlery, glasses, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster. Sat TV, wifi, air conditioning, two terraces with tables and chairs. Guests can use the common terraces in the garden, equipped for main meals with tables, chairs and grill.
Pets are allowed at an additional cost.7€ per day
