The Villa Dana is set on the hillside above the town of Opatija, with glorious views across Kvarner Bay. Set on a quiet road, high on the hillside, this villa makes a wonderfully private retreat but is close to some of the jewels of the Croatian coast. The charming resort of Opatija (10 minutes) has attracted visitors for centuries. The Lungomare, seafront promenade, makes for a great sunset stroll. The city of Rijeka (30 mins) makes a fascinating day out. Rijeka International Airport is just 55 minutes away.
Every room in the house has a panoramic sea view and is flooded with natural light. The open-plan living room has a contemporary corner sofa, fireplace and large flatscreen TV. Large sliding glass doors bring the terrace, balcony and outside space into the house. The kitchen is well-equipped with both induction and cooker hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, freezer, and coffee machine. Connecting doors from the living room lead to an indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, and games room. The house also has an outdoor children's play area with badminton and volleyball.
