Il nostro appartamento è composto da cucina con sala da pranzo, 2 camere, bagno e 2 balconi con vista mare. E' dotata di aria condizionata, Tv Sat e connessione internet wireless. Nel cortile, davanti alla casa abbiamo un parcheggio e dietro la casa c'è una griglia e mobili da esterno.
Nella casa, anche al 1° piano abbiamo un appartamento in più per 4 persone, quindi potremmo ospitare 2 famiglie o un gruppo di amici. Abbiamo una capacità per un totale di 8 persone.
La posizione della casa è al confine tra 2 luoghi: Preko e Kali.
Preko è il centro amministrativo e dei trasporti dell'isola di Ugljan. È una famosa località turistica con una bella passeggiata sul mare, spiagge più diverse e una buona offerta di ristoranti.
Kali è il luogo dei pescatori più famosi dell'Adriatico. Eccezionalmente particolare per i due porticcioli pieni di pescherecci e di pescatori che stanno sul molo, occupati a rattoppare le reti da pesca.
Negli ultimi anni Kali è diventata una destinazione turistica con belle spiagge e una buona offerta gastronomica.

We spend three night there. Everything was clean and we found everything we needed for a comfortable few days. Very nice location, right next to the ferry port, beautiful view and the sea right across the street. The owner was very friendly and we would definitely recommend and visit again!

Lovely owners and a very well equipped home at a perfect location! Something had gone wrong with the phone number and address but when we finally found it we were extremely happy with the place and if we would go back this would be the first place we’d book. Lovely sea-view and just a stone throw from crystal clear water!
