Nel cuore di fontane Bianche la villa si compone di una struttura composta da due appartamenti uno grande con 3 camere da letto arredate con letto matrimoniale o doppi lettini, bagno cucina e salone dove il divano funge anche da letto di una piazza e mezza la casa dispone di linea Adsl Wi Fi Ci sono anche il parcheggio per 2 auto. All'interno della casa c´é tutto il che necessario per la vita di ogni giorno, una lavatrice, una bella cucina e così via. Camere da letto sono molto confortevoli Ogni camera da letto. dispone di un ventilatore che può essere attivata o disattivata e quindi dormire la notte completamente a suo agio. Ben attrezzata con un posto barbecue che rende eccellenti bistecche e pesce. Sulla terrazza vista mare bello, molta voglia di sedersi con una tazza di caffè e contemplare l'aria e il mare della Sicilia. La posizione della casa ottima. La spiaggia libera locale a piedi circa 10 minuti massimi con un passeggino e borse)) per i bambini. Vicino a questa posizione (15 minuti in auto) è le meravigliose spiagge di Avola. Da questa casa a Siracusa non più di 20 minuti in auto, a Siracusa ha tutto - grandi negozi, il mercato, un sacco di ristoranti per ogni gusto e budget. La posizione è vicino all'autostrada , così un facile accesso a Catania, Taormina, Noto e tanti altri meravigliosi posti della Sicilia.
A neanche 100 metri si trova il Golfetto” di Fontane Bianche, quasi una piscina naturale che permette di fare il bagno anche in caso di mare mosso, e un’ampia scogliera piatta e liscia dove, per l’assenza di spuntoni, è possibile prendere comodamente il sole, risulta essere l’alternativa al caos della spiaggia. si può scegliere liberamente di andare a fare il bagno dalla parte bassa dove al posto della sabbia trovate la ghiaia oppure usufruire dei servizi che offre un Nuovo stabilimento balneare sdraio ed ombrelloni collocate sul prato antistante la scogliera piatta facilmente accessibile per mezzo di apposite scalette in pietra e legno dove è possibile noleggiare le sdraio per collocarle dove si desidera sino ad immergerle parzialmente in acqua

The owners were very responsive and helped us a lot. The property is fantastic, much better than the pictures. It was comfortable and VERY close to the beach. There are family beaches about 15 minutes' walk, and a rocky beach with a deep pool that was our favorite place just at the end of the street, maybe 3 minutes' walk. We very much hope to stay again!

Only stayed one night and didn't have much time there as we were running around the city. However, the place was very clean and well-kept. The view from the terrace rooftop and proximity to the water are great. The owner was very accessible, and responded promptly. Planning on staying there again for a longer period next year.

The owners were very responsive and helped us a lot. The property is fantastic, much better than the pictures. It was comfortable and VERY close to the beach.
