• 40 sqm about, self-catering apartment in a dependence of an historical palace, private breakfast corners in the garden - wooden floors, tiled floors
• open space: 2 windows, wardrobe, table and chairs, an armchair, a sofa, flat-screen TV - upstairs: a double bed (or two singles), 2 armchairs, 2 bedside tables, a skylight, chest of drawers, wardrobe
• kitchen: kitchen sink, microwave oven, electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer
• marble bathroom: washbasin with mirror, bidet, WC, shower, hairdryer

After that it is an extra service by payment to be agreed directly with the local provider: subject to availability, prices range from 20 to 70 Euros, must necessarily be agreed in advance

• pollution and waste reduction: if no special requirement is sent, the beds will be prepared only for the number of the places indicated in the rental; all special requirements must be received at least 3 days before arriving - according to the Italian law (D.P.R. n. 412 1993 for the Venice area) heating may be on from October 15th until April 15th (between 05:00 am and 11:00 pm) and the temperature can t be regulated over 19 Celsius degrees (=66.2 Fahrenheit degrees); air conditioning (if available) can be on only from June 6th to September 3rd
