The resort is situated directly on the shore of a picturesque bay, offering stunning panoramic views. It enjoys a peaceful location yet is close to many of Pag's attractions. While it's tempting to relax on the pristine beaches and enjoy the crystal-clear sea, there are plenty of hiking and cycling trails around the island, as well as opportunities for climbing. Back by the water, visitors can explore remote coves through scuba diving, snorkeling, and kayaking.
The resort offers a wide range of amenities for its guests. In addition to a swimming pool and sun loungers available exclusively for residents, there is also a waterside restaurant on-site. Guests with boats can take advantage of the free mooring provided on the adjacent quayside.
The fishing village of Stara (Old) Novalja, just a five-minute drive away, has a history spanning thousands of years due to its sheltered location and mild climate. Visitors can explore interesting archaeological sites and enjoy a variety of excellent restaurants and cafés.
The larger town of Novalja, also just five minutes away, features a charming historic center perfect for an evening stroll before enjoying an aperitif at one of the lovely seafront cafés. The town hosts farmers' and fish markets where you can find the best local produce and the freshest catch of the day.

The living area has large glass doors which open onto the balcony. The balcony has uninterrupted sea views and serves to link the interior with its breathtaking surroundings. Thanks to the dining table and chairs on the balcony, guests can enjoy relaxed meals al fresco, overlooking the water. Inside the living room is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs. The open-plan, corner kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-sized double bed, a dressing table and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.
