Volete trascorrere una vacanza in una casa dallo stile tipicamente mediterraneo a pochi metri dal mare?Durante tutto l'anno affittiamo a Mattinata, Gargano, una CASA davvero molto carina, in stile mediterraneo, con terrazzo privato, ristrutturata completamente due anni fa, ubicata in un terreno confinante con la spiaggia.La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in POCHISSIMI SECONDI.Ci si impiega quasi più tempo a scriverlo che a farsi.La capienza ideale è di 2 persone, 3 al massimo.All'interno della casa è presente infatti un letto matrimoniale ed una poltrona/letto (quando aperta misura 80 cm x 180 cm).È ideale dunque per una coppia o per una coppia con bimbo/a.In aggiunta agli spazi interni la casa dispone inoltre di:- TERRAZZO/SOLARIUM privato di 30 mq dal quale potrete godere di un bellissimo panorama, prendere il sole o semplicemente rilassarvi.- DEHOR interno di 10/12 con divanetto.- VERANDA esterna coperta di circa 12 mq.La casa è immersa nella natura tipica garganica e mediterranea (ulivi, agrumi ecc..) e dispone di ampio giardino.Posto auto: potrete lasciare comodamente la vostra auto a pochissimi metri dalla casa.Habitat naturale: il verde tipico della macchia mediterranea (ulivi, agrumi, ecc..), accarezzato dalla brezza marina e dal profumo del mare.Nello stesso terreno a pochi metri dal mare sono disponibili altre 2 soluzioni abitative indipendenti:- TRILOCALE (40 mq + ampia veranda esterna coperta ad uso esclusivo e giardino molto ampio), ristrutturato due anni fa, in grado di ospitare 4 persone.- BILOCALE (28 mq, veranda esterna coperta ad uso esclusivo e giardino molto ampio), ristrutturato anch’esso due anni fa, in grado di ospitare 2/3 persone, dunque una coppia o una coppia con bimbo/a.Entrambe le case sono state ristrutturate di recente e sono molto comode e confortevoli.I PREZZI sono visibili nella "SEZIONE TARIFFE" dell'annuncio.SPESE/CONSUMI GIA' INCLUSI NEL COSTO D'AFFITTO:- aria condizionata, elettricità, gas, acqua.SPESE AGGIUNTIVE DA SOSTENERE:- Spese di pulizia: 40 euro- Tassa di soggiorno: 1 euro al giorno per ospiti dai 10 anni in su (fino ad un massimo di 14 giorni, dopo non è dovuta).In caso di presenza di un animale, purché di piccola taglia, una tantum di 50 euro.IMPORTANTE:le lenzuola per i letti e gli asciugamani per il bagno sono le uniche cose che dovrete portare voi.Nel caso in cui vogliate che dobbiamo essere noi a fornirveli il costo è di 20 € a settimana, indipendentemente dal numero delle persone, con un cambio settimanale nella giornata di sabato in caso di soggiorno di più settimane.In tal caso chiediamo di specificarlo all'atto della prenotazione altrimenti diamo per scontato che li portiate voi.Sono a disposizione qualora vogliate conoscere i costi di affitto delle altre soluzioni abitative.Nei mesi di Maggio, Giugno, Luglio, Agosto e Settembre il periodo di soggiorno minimo che richiediamo è di 1 settimana (arrivi e partenze avvengono nella giornata di SABATO).Nei restanti periodi dell'anno è possibile prendere la casa anche per periodi più brevi e partire/arrivare in giorni diversi dal sabato.La SPIAGGIA di Mattinata è composta prevalentemente di ghiaia piccola.Nei pressi della casa è presente sia la spiaggia pubblica che privata.In estate, noi gestiamo anche uno STABILIMENTO BALNEARE con Bar/Ristorantino per cui, se siete interessati e se prenotate con anticipo, potrete avere anche la possibilità di usufruire delle attrezzature balneari (1 ombrellone e 2 lettini) a prezzi agevolati a seconda del periodo:MAGGIO e GIUGNO: 80 € located in a land bordering the beach (municipalities bordering Mattinata: Vieste, Monte Sant ' Angelo, Peschici, Manfredonia, San Giovanni Rotondo).The house is available throughout the year.The ideal capacity is 2 people, 3 at the most (the third preferably children).Inside the house there is in fact a double bed in the bedroom and an armchair / bed in the dining room (when open it measures 80 cm x 180 cm, a single bed in practice).It is therefore ideal for a couple or a couple with a child.The house also has:- PRIVATE TERRACE / SOLARIUM of 30 square meters, really beautiful, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view, sunbathe or sit in the open air.- 12/13 sqm internal DEHOR with small sofa and armchairs,- VERANDA external covered of around 15 mqs.Furthermore, the house has a large garden, outdoor parking space and is surrounded by the typical Gargano and Mediterranean nature (olive trees, citrus fruits, etc.).The beach is about 30/40 meters away and can be reached on foot in VERY FEW SECONDS.Natural habitat: the typical Mediterranean vegetation (olive trees, citrus fruits, etc.), caressed by the sea breeze and the scent of the sea.In the same land a few meters from the sea there are 2 other independent housing solutions:- HOUSE (about 40 sqm, two bedrooms, + large covered outdoor veranda for exclusive use and very large garden), also recently renovated internally, able to accommodate 4 people.- HOUSE (28 sqm, covered outdoor veranda for exclusive use and very large garden) able to accommodate a couple or a couple with a child.Both houses have been recently
