L'appartamento è molto grazioso e accogliente, recentemente ristrutturato e offre tutti i confort richiesti da un viaggiatore esigente.
E' composto da 1 camera doppia con letto matrimoniale ed armadi, 1 camera singola, 1 bagno con doccia e un soggiorno con un divano letto matrimoniale, una cucina abitabile. Una piccola terrazza si affaccia su tranquilli giardini privati e permette un perfetto relax dopo una giornata in giro per la città.
L'appartamento si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Venezia,a 5 minuti dal Ponte di Rialto e dalla Piazza San Marco, a un minuto dal vaporetto e dal collegamento diretto con l'aereoporto. Nonostante la breve distanza dalle principali attrazioni cittadine, la zona è molto tranquilla e "veneziana" con negozi di ogni tipo, supermercato, banca e deliziosi ristorantini poco turistici.
Air conditioning is in use from 1.6. to 31.08 with closed windows.
It’s usable only in time slot (08-10; 12-14; 18-20; 22-05)
Client can require use of AC 24/24h at an additional cost of Euro 30 per day.
In light of the International situation and the ongoing energy crisis we inform that the use of AC below 24° is banned.
The Property reserves the right to control and adjust the temperature remotely.

We we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Great value for the price. Loved how it was away from the beaten path & away from the hustle and bustle. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Owner was prompt in responses to questions etc.

Everything was as expected. We really enjoyed our stay in Venice.I would add a description of how to use anti mosquito device . We don't have mosquitoes in CaliforniaIrina , for us it was a new experience.

A property not in the center of actions, but very close. Everything is 15-20 minutes walk only. Which made it very nice and quiet. The property was a little dark and smaller than what the pictures showed, but adequate.
