Forniamo una villa moderna con sede in un piccolo villaggio tranquillo, Podi.
È nella posizione perfetta, in quanto sei vicino alle spiagge, senza sentire di essere in una località turistica affollata. (2 km dalle spiagge sabbiose di Meljine)
Il piano terra ha un ampio spazio di vita open space. Comprende una cucina / sala da pranzo, un soggiorno e un bagno.
Il primo piano ha 3 camere da letto; 2 camere matrimoniali e 1 camera doppia. Ha anche un soggiorno con divano letto estraibile e un altro bagno.
C'è una terrazza da ogni camera da letto, con splendide viste sul mare e su Hercegnovi.
Wi-Fi è fornito, così come aria condizionata al piano di sopra e ventilatori per le scale se necessario. Le case sono comunque molto belle, anche in estate.
C'è una piscina privata, che viene pulita quotidianamente dall'addetto alla manutenzione. A seconda di quale mese vieni, potresti essere in grado di raccogliere melograni, fichi, uva, arance o limoni dal nostro bellissimo giardino.
Tutto è in Montenegro relativamente vicino e veloce da ottenere, quindi non ti mancheranno le attività. Luoghi come Cattaro e Perast fanno bellissime gite di un giorno!

We had a lovely stay. The house and location was perfect for us. Close to Herceg Novi but quiet location with stunning views and lovely pool. We loved Herceg Novi as quieter than Kotor and a great location for exploring the whole bay. Recommend the water taxi over to Rose Beach. Plus you have the be...Mostra di più

We enjoyed our stay greatly. T pool was perfect to swim and cool down in and the views from the poolside and balcony lovely. The house was well equipped, the air conditioning kept us cool, the kitchen perfect for preparing meals and we enjoyed eating meals outside. There were shops and good restaura...Mostra di più

Good location for travelling around the bay and into Croatia, great swimming pool, but really needs air conditioning in the lower living room and kitchen area as still to warm for us even in September, in the lower building, upstairs air conditioning was better though.Great views from the balcony upstairs.Had a really lovely holiday
