In the south of Crete near Triopetra with sweeping views of the Libyan Sea, the Petra Mare property with pool is set on a large, shared lawn. The name ‘Stone Sea’ refers to the main components of the property. Two solidly built stone semi-detached houses, another stone house with two flats and a detached house with a shared pool and wonderful sea views make up this beautiful property.
The semi-detached houses Petra Mare 1-4 are located at a distance of approx. 10 m from each other and approx. 40 to 60 m from the two-storey stone house with the holiday flats Petra Mare 5 and 6. The detached house Petra Mare 8 is located at the far left edge of the property, approx. 50 m from the pool. A large, enclosed, flat lawn and garden plot, overgrown with trees and plants of the Cretan flora surrounds the beautiful property Petra Mare. The approx. 50sqm large, oval and shared pool (approx. 5 x 10m and 1.20 to 1.80m deep, not heatable, in operation from 1.05.-31.10.) with sun loungers and parasols offers its small and large guests enjoyable bathing fun, relaxation and refreshment on some hot days.

The spacious living/dining room is adjoined by the open-plan kitchen area. The living room leads to both bedrooms and the shared bathroom. Direct access from the living area to the ground-level, covered terrace, the garden and the pool.
