• 100 sqm about, self-catering apartment, original Terrazzo Veneziano marble flooring, tiled floors • free waves area: mobile phones don t work here, just the wifi of the apartment
• living room: 2 windows, bookcase, a double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, glass table, Internet Smart TV (Netflix/Youtube/etc with wifi connection, no antenna), marble floors
• hallway, 2 air conditioning
• kitchen: 3 windows, table and chairs, stove-top, kitchen sink, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee moke, dishes, glasses, cups, bowls, pots
• double bedroom #1: a window, a double bed (not twins), bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, Internet Smart TV (Netflix/Youtube/etc with wifi connection, no antenna)

• arrival time and bed setting must be provided at least 3 days before arriving, beds will be prepared just for the people number in the reservation; different bed setting must be requested/agreed first, Eur 10.00 each extra bed place in addition. Check-in ends at 20:00 and is free for you. After that it is an extra service by payment to be agreed directly with the local provider: subject to availability, prices range from 20 to 70 Euros, must necessarily be agreed in advance

• pollution and waste reduction: if no special requirement is sent, the beds will be prepared only for the number of the places indicated in the rental; all special requirements must be received at least 3 days before arriving - according to the Italian law (D.P.R. n. 412 1993 for the Venice area) heating may be on from October 15th until April 15th (between 05:00 am and 11:00 pm) and the temperature can t be regulated over 19 Celsius degrees (=66.2 Fahrenheit degrees); air conditioning (if available) can be on only from June 6th to September 3rd
