Originariamente costruita nel 1670 sotto il dominio veneziano, la casa sul lungomare è stata nuovamente meticolosamente restaurata nel 2016. Comprende 3 camere da letto con bagno interno, un ampio soggiorno, una cucina a pianta aperta con camino e una terrazza sul mare con accesso privato al mare. È proprio nella parte storica di Rovigno, ma silenziosamente nascosto dai vivaci ristoranti e bar.
Vivere nel palazzo sembra quasi irreale: di notte non si sentono le onde del mare come su una barca, al mattino dal tuo letto o sotto la doccia.
Camminando al mattino per le strade acciottolate, sulla piazza del mercato con i suoi meravigliosi pescatori di pesce, comprando croissant al caffè di piazza set cinematografico di Hollywood!
Il beach club Monte Mulini presso l'hotel 5 stelle Monte Mulini, prendi un taxi boat per una delle isole o ti possiamo sussurrare qualche spiaggia segreta a sud di Rovigno!
Di sera puoi cenare sulla tua terrazza sul lungomare, che è uno dei migliori tavoli della città! Oppure mangi nella bellissima reggia adriatica e guardi la piazza fino al vecchio porto con le sue barche da pesca, e potresti sentirti come se fossi tornato a St Tropez 30 anni fa!
Un'altra opzione per mangiare al primo ristorante stella Michelin della Croazia: Monte in cima alla città vecchia, a 5 minuti a piedi.

Nicely decorated historic building in very good location in central Rovinj. Spacious and quiet whilst in the middle of the busy part of old Rovinj. Beautiful terrace on to the harbour and whilst perhaps not ideal for swimming because of boats, fun to go on paddle board.

Rovinj is a magical place and our accommodations made it even more so. We enjoyed the ease of being in the old town and having the pleasure of cooking in a well appointed kitchen. We especially loved the spacious home. We will certainly return. ♥️
